Andrea Maria Garay Aparicio is a Salvadoran award-winning graphic designer and multidisciplinary artist dedicated to building inspiring and impactful brands. With experience spanning various areas, including branding, packaging, and motion design, Andrea has developed a style that combines the synergy of playful experimentation with polished sophistication. She believes design extends beyond aesthetics – prioritizing practicality and functionality to create meaningful experiences. 

Throughout her career, Andrea has collaborated with clients in various professional and academic settings, revitalizing student organizations’ branding, developing professional marketing campaigns, and contributing to creative teams on large-scale print projects. Her partners include University Programs and the J. Frank Barefield Jr. College of Arts & Sciences Communications Team. 

Beyond her client work, Andrea has earned several local and regional recognitions. She was most recently named one of the 2026 Students to Watch and given an Award of Excellence by Graphic Design USA.  She also received a Tuscaloosa Silver ADDY Award in Sales and Marketing Promotion by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) for her food and beverage brand concept, Chump Chugs.
